Mechanical Energy

     
                                              
Basic facts.
Mechanical energy can be either kinetic energy or potential energy and it's the sum which is work. 
 It the energy that associates with the motion and position of an object.Mechanical energy is physical so we can see what happens when mechanical happens.Work - work is done when a force acts on an object causing it to move, change shape, displace or do something. It's where mechanical energy begins or happens.Potential - is stored energy of position possessed by the object which is part of mechanical energy.Kinetic energy - energy of motion also part of mechanical energy.Mechanical energy- if the object has mechanical energy the object has the ability or able to do work. Mechanical energy allows and object to put force to another object to be or able to be displaced.Mechanical energy-if an object has or is with mechanical energy it is able to working on other object.Mechanical energy makes movement with an object to work on another object or when it is dropped. (mechanical/ Kinetic)

Mechanical energy helps us use objects to move other objects or to use them.Think about bowling,the bowling ball rolls really fast and knock the bowling pins down to score point.The bowling ball has mechanical energy when the person holding it swing it back giving it potential and kinetic energy which helps it to roll down the rally as soon as the person drops it to knock down the pins. The way mechanical energy is added with Kinetic and potential energy gives mechanical energy velocity and acceleration to make the bowling ball or any object go faster when the person lets go after the swing.
